Green Party Presidential Candidate Dr. Jill Stein spoke by phone with "Tell It Like It Is" co-hosts Christina Malisoff and Kieran Riley, Mon., Oct. 29. Stein discussed a variety of issues, including global climate change, her exclusion from the recent Obama/Romney debates, the future of the Green Party and standing up to the "stranglehold of special interests" in American politics. Stein is a mother, physician, longtime teacher of internal medicine, and pioneering environmental-health advocate. She was born in Chicago and raised in suburban Highland Park, Illinois. She is a graduate of Harvard College and Harvard Medical School. The full interview will be broadcast on WGXC 90.7-FM at 10 a.m., Thurs, Nov. 1, and again at 4 a.m., Fri., Nov. 2.
