Photo by Tom Roe.[/caption]Chicago-based radio and sound artist Keff Kolar was the first sound artist in residency at Wave Farm since the new free103point9 Study Center opened last month. Kolar worked on a "Ringtones" project during his stay that should produced a free103point9 Audio Dispatch in the fall. Kolar produces the "Radius" series that airs the fourth Saturday of the month at 2 p.m. on free103point9 Online Radio and WGXC 90.7-FM in upstate New York.
