Community Portal, A New Ritual For The Americas

Community Portal, A New Ritual For The Americas is an experiment in instrumental trans-cultural communication. It utilizes the open-source Community Portal ancestral projection and transmission tool to bring awareness and attention to the dormant cultural memories and othered ancestral imaginations that haunt each of us.

Military navigation technologies (liquid antennas), paranormal investigation methodologies (the estes method), and technologies for speaking with the dead (instrumental trans-communication) are appropriated and adapted to aid in the recuperation, re-claiming and re-embodiment of these memories and imaginations.
