At 7 p.m. WGXC airs three local town meetings from WGXC Town Recorders, all recorded Tue. Apr. 26. First, we will air the Public Hearing for the proposed zoning law in Cairo, recorded by Joan Geitz and Tony Fallon at the Cairo Elementary School. Next WGXC will air the "Meet the Candidates" forum for the Catskill School Board, recorded by Philip Grant at Catskill High School. Finally, WGXC will air John and Carrie Schuchardt's talk "From Hiroshima to Fukushima: Understanding the Past, Facing the Future; a Non-Proliferation Talk" recorded at Hawthorne Valley School.
