Wave Farm administers several regrant programs on behalf of the New York State Council on the Arts (NYSCA), including Arts in Corrections NYS, which facilitates and supports arts programming inside approximately 10 NYS Department of Corrections and Community Supervision (NYS DOCCS) and participating Office of Children and Family Services (OCFS) facilities across New York State; the Media Arts Assistance Fund (MAAF), which supports media art organizations, as well as individual artists, in all regions of New York State and informs the New York Media Arts Map, which identifies art and technology projects and activity throughout NYS supported by NYSCA Electronic Media & Film and the Wave Farm MAAF Regrant Program as well as the NYS Art & Technology Mailing List, Review, and Media Arts Breakfast convenings.

Fiscal Sponsorship

Fiscal sponsorship is a formal arrangement in which a 501(c)(3) public charity sponsors a project that may lack exempt status. This alternative to starting your own nonprofit allows you to seek grants and solicit tax-deductible donations under your sponsor's exempt status. Wave Farm provides fiscal sponsorship to artists and organizations on a case-by-case basis for projects that are aligned with Wave Farm's organizational mission. Inquiries should be directed to info@wavefarm.org well in advance of any related grant deadline.
