In this broadcast, we begin the new year with two bright and thoughtful guests: Andrea “Dre” Mitchell, an exuberant poet and political activist who never fails to speak truth to power; and Antonio Delgado, one of six candidates vying for the Democratic nomination for the 19th District in the 2018 general election. Although both are highly motivated and focused on politics, we will explore the more personal aspects of their actions, inspirations and motivations, as well as the role of the arts in their lives and their cultural concerns for 2018.
