The National Weather Service in Albany has issued a Hazardous Weather Outlook for the region, including Greene and Columbia counties. There is a chance of thunderstorms into the evening of Tue., Aug. 11. There is a marginal risk for a few of the storms to become severe during the afternoon and early evening hours. Also, some of the thunderstorms could produce locally heavy rainfall resulting in isolated minor flooding of urban, poor drainage or low-lying areas.
