CLERMONT The Clermont Town Board will hold a public hearing on Local Law No. 3 of 2011 on proposed revisions to the existing zoning law to incorporate previously enacted provisions of the Zoning Law in one code book and address other minor modifications. This modification of the existing Zoning Law will assist with the orderly development of residential housing within the Town of Clermont.
