As first reported by Matthew Hamilton at Capitol Confidential, Gov. Andrew Cuomo Sun., Jun. 5, directed state entities to cease doing business with, and to divest public funds from companies associated with the Boycotts, Divestment and Sanctions campaign against Israel.
