In the first hour, a visit from Kelly Kynion, coordinator of Spencertown Academy's Young Writers' Contest. She'll be joined by the winners of this year's third annual contest: Solomon Bergquist (Fiction) from Hawthorne Valley School, and Hannah Berkel (Nonfiction) from Pittsfield High School. Also, an appreciation of Walter Benjamin, Jewish writer/philosopher born July 15, 1892, in Berlin, Germany. In the second hour, we talk with Katherine S. Bruno of Upper Hudson Planned Parenthood, Inc., about the services provided, how they're coping with the current administration, and its upcoming "Rally in the Valley" event.
