Jan 22, 2015 12:02 am
Scott Waldman in Capital New York reports that the state Public Service Commission has for a third time delayed making a decision on the proposed merger of Time Warner Cable and Comcast. The commission is now expected to take up the issue on Feb. 26 with a final order being issued by March 3, according to the story.
