Town meetings tonight
TOWN OF CAIRO Town of Cairo Planning Board will hold a second public hearing, pursuant to Section 276 of Town Law on the application of Dan Benoit for approval of Preliminary/Final Subdivision plats. Said subdivisions are located on Orchard Drive and Slumber Lane, Cairo. (Tax Map #102.00-4-1.11). (Note: Benoit is also Planning Board Chairman.) TOWN OF LIVINGSTON A public hearing before the Planning Board of the Town of Livingston will be held at the Livingston Town Hall, 119 County Route 19, Livingston, for the property of Antonia Rutigliano, a lot line adjustment application to combine 2 lots to his existing owned lots. Property located intersection of Loyola Road and Helen Road.
TOWN OF NEW BALTIMORE Public Hearing before the Town of New Baltimore Zoning Board of Appeals 7:30 p.m. The subject of the Public Hearing will be the application of William Brandt for a Height Variance to construct an assisted living facility on property owned at 12514 Route 9W, West Coxsackie, with roof height exceeding the Town’s building height restriction.
