Magee hopes they will gain favor in 2012. One bill would authorize the creation of farm breweries for the manufacture of beer, A.7449-A. Another would enhance farmers’ ability to market their products directly to consumers by encouraging the development of retail farm operations, such as roadside stands and on-farm markets, A.6282.
