The gas delivery revenue increases will be $3.9 million in the first year for Central Hudson, $3.9 million in the second year, and $4 million in the third year. Central Hudson asked for much higher rates. Instead electric customers face a $0.33 decrease in the average monthly bill during the first year, then a $1.72 increase in the second year, and a $1.82 increase in the third year. The average monthly bill of the typical gas customer will increase by $1.64 in the first year, $2.17 in the second year, and $1.50 in the third year.
