Today is the final day to apply for an absentee ballot by mail for Nov. 5 General Election. The request for a ballot, if made via U.S. Mail, must be postmarked no later than Oct. 29. If a voter can apply for an absentee ballot in person, those applications must be made by Mon., Nov. 4, at the local board of elections.
