Doolan was born in the Bronx, where he lived before moving to Rockland County. He has been a practicing trial lawyer since 1994. Doolan is currently an advocate for the elderly that reside in long term facilities such as nursing homes and assisted living. Cuomo's New York Energy Highway Blueprint, the local response to that initiative, and the Cultural Resources Survey of Livingston. In this interview Will Yandik, Livingston deputy supervisor, farmer and a founder of Farmers and Families for Livingston and the Hudson Valley Smart Energy Coalition, provides an overview of the history of the project, and the current status of the Energy Highway and the Cultural Resources Survey.
