Catskill resident Rachel Wagman will be singing some of her favorite musical selections — both jazz and classical, in a concert that benefits Temple Israel of Catskill Cemetery. Professionally trained, the 26-year-old singer will appear with her accompanist, Michael Clement, before leaving to study at the Berlin Opera Academy this summer.
