Columbia County Board of Supervisors shall hold a special meeting and a public hearing in the Board of Supervisors meeting hall, concerning the enactment of two local laws relating to the levels of exemption of payment of real property taxes for 1) senior citizens, which shall occur at 7:20 p.m., and 2) low income disabled citizens, which shall occur at 7:25 p.m.
