In this special broadcast, an excerpt from a panel presentation on Hispanics and the Elections held at Bard College October 5, 2016. A record 27.3 million Hispanics are eligible to vote in 2016, and almost 12 million of them are millenials. Will they actually turn out and vote in record numbers as well?
