On Tue., May 22, 2012, the Greene County Council on the Arts held an award ceremony, honoring recipients of the Decentralization Program and the County Initiative Program. The Pleshakov Piano Museum was one of the recipients, and, next door to the Doctorow Center for the Arts in Hunter Artistic Director Kenneth Hamrick took attendees on a tour of the Museum. The Pleshakov Piano Museum is located at 7971 Route 23A (Main Street), in Hunter, NY.
