This premiere broadcast of a new monthly show will feature an interview with educator and organic consultant Grace Gershuny, author of Organic Revolutionary: A Memoir of the Movement for Real Food, Planetary Healing, and Human Liberation, plus a recipe for Dragon Bowls. Future shows will each highlight a different aspect of food and eating – including organics; the latest doings affecting agriculture and biotechnology; food policy and justice; farmers, farms, farm workers and farm to school; community gardens and permaculture; local food products and producers; shared kitchens, food hubs and markets; foragers, chefs, restaurateurs and food waste; botanicals, herbs and more…and most definitely RECIPES!
