Kingston radio station moving down Broadway

The Daily Freeman reports that WKNY-AM, the now community radio-formatted station recently purchased by the Radio Kingston Corp. is moving the station's studio from 718 Broadway to 693 Broadway. Kristin Thorne Radio Kingston’s business director, bought the building for $190,000. The building dates back to 1866, and was recently home to the Tangles hair salon, and before that was a bar called the Fountain Lounge. WKNY has been on the air since 1939.
