Power back on at Bliss Towers

Amanda Purcell reports in Columbia-Greene Media that National Grid has restored power to Bliss Towers in Hudson after it was cut off most of July 9. The 117-unit high rise managed by the Hudson Housing Authority has about 200 residents affected by the outage. An electrical short was blamed for the lack of lights and air conditioning in the building.
