A Hazardous Weather Outlook remains in effect for northwestern Connecticut, western Massachusetts, east central New York and southern Vermont, Monday. Scattered to numerous thunderstorms are expected. In addition to possibly producing excessive rainfall, these thunderstorms could briefly pulse to strong levels producing some hail and gusty winds as well as frequent cloudy to ground lightning.
