Catskill GOP chooses town board candidates

Jim Planck reports in The Daily Mail the Catskill GOP has chosen incumbent Robert Antonelli and newcomer Jared Gordiano as candidates for two open seats on the town board. Republicans held their caucus Mon., July 30, at the Washington Irving Senior Center. In his remarks, Antonelli, a 16-year veteran of the town board, highlighted the board’s accomplishments, which included keeping the tax rate down. Gordiano cited a desire to improve the town infrastructure and support of business growth as his major goals. The election is Nov. 4. Read the full story in The Daily Mail.
