Have you considered becoming a Sustaining Supporter of WGXC? From August 11th through August 24th, we are challenging you to bring your support of WGXC to the next level. We're not asking you to break the bank - small contributions add up quickly when you commit to them all year round. Consider other things you pay for monthly - $10 a month for a gym membership, or $5 for Spotify. Would adding a similar contribution towards something as vital and immediate as locally-focused, creative community radio to your monthly budget be possible? A $10 per month contribution breaks down to a mere thirty-three cents per day. Does preserving access to the airwaves mean that much to you?

So, what is a “sustaining supporter”?
Becoming a sustaining supporter of WGXC means that you donate a specific amount of money every month.
How much do I have to give?
Sustaining supporters need to give a minimum of $5 per month. There is no maximum amount weekly.
Can I change my monthly contribution?
Yes! The level of your membership can be changed at any time. Start at $10 a month and when you get that big raise, you can make it $20. But then you quit to go on a three month trek across the Himalayas, you can ratchet it down to $5, or discontinue altogether.
Why should I support WGXC like this, instead of during pledge drives?
Well, we hope you’ll still choose to do both. We like to think of sustaining support as an allowance given for normal, good behavior. And pledge drives contributions are like birthday presents, an extra something because we’re special to you.
