Local folk musician Abby Lappen appears on WRIP 97.9-FM's "Local Licks" radio show from 6-9 p.m. Tuesday. Lappen, a Columbia County-based musician, will play live and recorded songs from her CD "Soul Reasons" on the Windham station's weekly local music show hosted by Sonny Rock.
