Guidance counselor facing charges of stalking and criminal mischief

Melanie Lekocevic is reporting for Columbia-Greene Media a Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk Central School District guidance counselor has been arrested and charged with stalking and criminal mischief. The charges against Blair do not involve a student, district Superintendent Brian Bailey said. Kenneth M. Blair, of Mechanicville, was arrested May 9, by the New York State Police at the Sand Lake barracks. Blair has been accused of "a persistent and repeated course of conduct...via electronic email, in person contact and driving by areas where the victim was located." It has also been alleged that Blair fired a BB gun and damaged the victim's windows. Bailey pointed out that while charges have been filed, the outcome of the case has yet to be determined.
