William J. Kemble is reporting in the Daily Freeman speakers at a state Public Service Commission rate hearing Thu., Mar. 12, opposed proposed Central Hudson gas and electric rate increases to pay for infrastructure upgrades, but said they would support funding for projects like the development of microgrids powered by community solar energy installations.
