Olana receives grant for Wagon House programs

The Associated Press is reporting the Olana Partnership has received a grant of $30,000 over the next three years from the Hudson River Bank and Trust Company Foundation. The grant will help support Olana’s programs and activities in the Wagon House Education Center at the Olana State Historic Site. The Olana Partnership offers public programs that teach participants from all backgrounds and ages about Frederic Church, the Hudson River School of painting and Olana. Past programs include astronomy walks, landscape walks, paint-outs, painting, photography and cooking workshops, book signings, music and dance performances.
