Tractor Supply approved in Greenville

Dec 22, 2017 2:55 pm
Audrey Matott at The Greenville Pioneer reports that the Greenville Planning Board approved Tractor Supply's application Dec. 6, and the store should open on State Route 32 this summer. It will be a 19,100 square-foot store with 88 parking spaces, and eight to 15 jobs depending on how many of those parking spaces are filled. The store will be 100 yards back from the road and "there are a few trees that might have to come out over the course of construction but what we don't have to move we are happy to leave remaining," said Frank Alexander of Primax Properties, for Tractor Supply at the Dec. 6 meeting. "We are not looking to take out trees to improve visibility."
