William J. Kemble in The Daily Freeman reports that Rep. Chris Gibson (R-Kinderhook) spoke Dec. 4 at a conservative energy forum “Waking Up to America’s Future,” for the Citizens for Responsible Energy Solutions, Concord 51, and the Conservation Leadership Council. Gibson promised to introduce climate change legislation that he hopes his fellow Republicans can agree upon as they take the majority in both chambers in 2015. “We have changing weather patterns, and we have climate change.
