One of the challenges facing many radio clubs today is the divisiveness that has resulted in combining younger and older hams in the same club. It is a generational thing that is widespread in society today. There IS a solution for this; it is called "Build Club." Thanks to Build Club, the North Shore Radio Club on Chicago's north shore is finding considerable interest among its ranks of experienced and newbie hams.
