Low Tide aired on WGXC from December 2012 to September 2015.
A curated, vinyl-centric voyage into the outer reaches of singer-songwriter, folk, and country music. We'll make stops through over a century of popular song-format music and peer into the future. We'll also discuss the histories of traditional folksongs & ballads and trace popular songs through different historical iterations. Weather permitting, we'll be joined regularly by local and visiting songwriters performing live on the air. Hosted by Liv Carrow.
