Lissa Harris reports at the Watershed Post Sullivan and Ulster counties, along with their town and village governments and some non-profits, can apply for federal aid for Sandy-related spending. Residents are eligible to apply for individual aid, as well. Sullivan County officials announced a Disaster Recovery Center is expected to be set up in that county by the end of the week. Ulster County made the announcement on the Ulster County Emergency Management blog. Officials advised entities applying for public aid, "stay tuned for more information."
