Nancy Kern reports for Columbia-Greene Media that the state Department of Environmental Conservation is renewing the permit for the Meadow Woods apartment complex to discharge 10,000 gallons of on-site treated wastewater daily into state surface waters. The 38-unit apartment complex is located on Route 385 near the Hudson River.
