Audrey Matott reports in The Greenville Pioneer that there will be a public hearing about the proposal for a Tractor Supply store on Route 32 in Greenville at 7 p.m. Dec. 6. Kathleen Tatara from Delaware Engineering said at a Nov. 1 planning board meeting that the business will be allowed to connect to the town's water system as an "out-of-district user" until the water district is extended to its location. Otherise, Tatara, hired by the town to consult on the project, had no major concerns. "I was pleased, it was a very thorough set and they have proactively answered a lot of the questions that we would have had." There will also be a public hearing Dec. 6 about the Greenville Stewart's Shop addition and renovation proposal.
