Today is the final day of voting, with polls open from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. Luke Parsnow reports for New York State of Politics that 3.04 percent of eligible voters.or 397,462 people, have already cast their ballots. This odd-year election features many contests for town leadership positions, as well as county judges and district attorneys, and two statewide constitutional questions on the back of the ballot.
