Dog barking charge hearing in Stuyvesant
May 04, 2011 9:57 am
Tonight, Wednesday May 4, at 7 p.m. at Stuyvesant Town Hall, Will Pflaum says he faces a hearing on a criminal dog bark charge lodged against him by the town of Stuyvesant and could receive up to 15 days in jail. "The law is a previously unknown law, never enforces (sic) in the town and the charge defies the laws of physics," Pflaum writes in his blog Sunshine on the Hudson. He says the charges stem from the video (below) he recorded, in his ongoing battle with the Stuyvesant Planning Board about his Glencadia Dog Camp, which neighbors claim causes excessive noise.
