ABC7NY [dot] com is reporting New York, New Jersey and Connecticut July 14, added four states to the list from which travelers are required to self-quarantine for 14 days. The newly-added states are Minnesota, New Mexico, Ohio and Wisconsin. Delaware has been removed from the quarantine list. New York will levy a $2,000 fine against travelers who leave airports in the state without providing information on where they are coming from as well as their destination. Governor Andrew M. New Jersey and Connecticut do not have this rule in place. The quarantine applies to any person arriving from a state with a positive test rate higher than 10 per 100,000 residents over a 7-day rolling average or a state with a 10 percent or higher positivity rate over a 7-day rolling average. The 22 states on the list, include Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, North Carolina, New Mexico, Nevada, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah and Wisconsin.
