Gillibrand and DioGuardi set debates

Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand and Republican challenger Joe DioGuardi, an ex-congressman from Westchester County, will debate Oct. 21 at Russell Sage College in Troy televised on the networks of Time Warner Cable and Oct. 15 in New York City televised on WABC, according to Capitol Confidential.
