Special parking rules, snow ER still in effect

News10 Albany is reporting two local snow emergencies remain in effect:
Village of Catskill – Vehicles should be parked on the even side of village streets from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. They should be parked on the odd side of the street from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. Vehicles should continue to switch sides of the street every 12 hours, until all streets have been cleaned.
Hudson - The City of Hudson declared a snow emergency beginning Sun., Dec. 15 at 8 a.m. On Monday at 8 a.m., there will be no parking on even sides of streets for 16 hours. On Tuesday at 12 a.m. the snow emergency will end and snow removal will begin and last 12 hours. On Wednesday at 12 a.m., snow removal will continue for 12 hours.
