Plus, on March 17, community members and researchers responded to NY DEC's release of soil and water analysis surrounding the Norlite hazardous waste incinerator in a letter to DEC Commissioner Basil Seggos. The letter rejects DEC's conclusion that the study found no connection between Norlite and contamination in the surrounding community.
