Ulster County-based filmmaker Tobe Carey talked about his new movie "Rails to the Catskills" on the "WGXC Morning Show" Fri., Nov. 7. There will be a showing of the 96-minute documentary Sat., Nov. 8 at the Cairo Library. "Rails to the Catskills" is a history of the railroad industry in the Catskills of New York State.from the canals of the 1820's to the post-Civil War railroad boom.
