Grant may get Greenville students out of a trailer
Mar 20, 2016 12:25 am
Harley Goodnough in The Greenville Pioneer reports that the Alternative Learning Program has been housed in a temporary trailer for 40 years, but the Smart Schools Bond Act will change that. Greenville schools should get $1,058,461, and much of that will go to moving the program out of the trailer that, "has now been utilized for over 40 years and is in poor condition." The remainder of the funds will go to provide technology upgrades at the elementary school's library media center.
