Bill Williams is reporting for WCTW-FM the building that formerly housed the Hudson Police Station in the 400 block of Warren Street sold at auction June 10. Real estate investor Stephen Matic of New York City was the winning bidder at $435,000. There's no indication of what Matic plans to do with the building, Williams writes. Two bidders participated in the auction. Columbia-Greene Media reported the 4,590 square foot, one-story brick and concrete structure includes an underground parking garage was assessed at $550,000 in 2018. Before it served as police headquarters, it was the office of the New York Telephone Co.
