Virtual Narcan training scheduled for Dec. 2

The Mountain Top Cares Coalition has announced it is offering training to administer the life-saving drug Narcan at 7 p.m., Wed., Dec. 2. The medication Narcan is used to reverse opioid overdoses. The training is virtual and takes approximately two hours. All participants will be issued a Narcan kit containing the drug. Respond by email with “I’m in” to narcan [at] Mountain Top Cares Coalition [dot] com and a full packet of information and details on how to register will be provided. Training can be done at home and requires only access to a smart phone, laptop or desktop computer. The training is open to anyone and everyone. Information is available by calling 518-487-1768.
