Jessica Bakeman is reporting at Capital New York a report from the pro-Common Core group High Achievement New York released Mon., Jul. 6, recommends improving the implementation of the Common Core and related testing so schools can gain more benefit from the higher standards. The report is consistent with the group’s advertising campaigns, which were designed to combat critics who argue the state should ditch the Common Core.
