The Leader-Herald is reporting Gloversville Mayor Dayton King has been arrested again. King was taken into custody by state police November 14, and is facing multiple charges. The mayor, 40, was charged with first-degree falsifying business records, official misconduct and petit larceny. Police have accused King of using the postage meter in City Hall for personal mail and falsifying the accompanying ledger. King was issued an appearance ticket and released. In September, King pleaded guilty to second-degree harassment for revealing the personnel records of a city firefighter who ran against him for mayor in 2017. Read the full story in The Leader-Herald.
