Cuban composer and pianist Omar Sosa is one of the most versatile jazz artists on the scene today. He fuses a wide range of jazz, world music, and electronic elements with his native Afro-Cuban roots to create a fresh and original urban sound – all with a Latin jazz heart. Omar Sosa is coming to Troy with his group SUBA on April 1. The show is sold out, but you can watch and listen live through The Sanctuary for Independent Media's webcast, and a live broadcast on WOOC and WGXC. Omar Sosa and SUBA perform at The Sanctuary for Independent Media at 7 p.m. on April 1. In-person tickets to the show are sold out, but you can enjoy the live video stream at www.mediasanctuary.org or listen to the broadcast on WOOC 105.3 FM Troy and WOOS 98.9 FM in Schenectady and WGXC 90.7-FM in Acra.
